World Mental Health Day This year Mental Health Day 2021 falls on Sunday 10th October. The WFMH (World Federation for Mental Health) President Dr Ingrid Daniels has announced the theme for World Mental Health Day 2021, ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’. This stems from the fact that the world is becoming increasingly polarised, between
