Prosperity’s story began with a belief in Namibia, and in what we could build together.
Inspired by the optimism of independence, Prosperity was established in 1994 with a purpose that remains personal: protecting the wellbeing of Namibians.
More than three decades later, our story lives in the people who have trusted us, the families we have supported and the relationships that have grown with us.
Proudly Namibian-owned, we continue to build on that trust; listening, adapting and finding better ways to protect what matters to you.
Together, we protect the wellbeing of the people we serve.
We earn trust through honesty, fairness and accountability.
We turn changing needs into better ways to care.
We give people the knowledge, support and confidence to move forward.
We welcome different voices, respect every person and grow through our differences.
