Considering the recent increase in the number of reported Covid-19 positive cases, we request your understanding and co-operation in staying true to our purpose, therefore, we request that all Healthcare professionals avoid visiting the Prosperity Life offices, as well as avoid referring members to visit our offices to submit claims. Therefore, the following blog outlines the processes in which you can submit claims, without having to visit the offices.
In order to limit the need for physical visits to our offices, we have created a specific email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, to receive all requests for Covid-19 benefit confirmation or pre-Authorisation.
In respect of the Medical Insured Plans that are administered by Prosperity Life, please note the below reimbursement rules that are applicable in respect of the treatment of Covid-19 patients:
